Q: How do I create a Listing?

A: On the any page, click 'register' on the right hand side.  After you have created a profile, click on the 'List' tab.  Choose the category your listing falls under, and create an ad for your property.  You can monitor your listing under 'View my Listings'.

Q: Can I stay with my partner in a property?

A: Yes, however this is at the tenant's or landlord's discretion.

Q: Can I reserve a room or property?

A: Yes, however this is at the tenant's or landlord's discretion who ever has the authority to make the decision. More commonly tenants should have the authority to reserve a room and a Landlord will have the authority to reserve a property. Results may differ in certain cases.

Q: Can I stay in a property if I am not a student?

A: Yes, however this is at the tenants discretion.

Q: What should I do if I have filled the position in my property?

A: It is imperative that you delete the listing, this will ensure that people do not continue to ring in regards to the position, additionally, it is one of the terms and conditions that you have agreed to when you registered.

Q: Can I list more than one listing at once?

A: Yes, of course your more than welcome to have multiple listings at once. Just ensure the listings are deleted when they are of no use.

Q: How do I search for a listing?

A: You have to use the search tool bar on the left hand side of most pages. You must enter the desired parameters and then press search then all listings meeting your requirements will come up. If no listings come up, try changing your search parameters.
